Effective July 15, 2024, at Lemon K Salon, we request all cancellations or rescheduling to be made at least 24 hours in advance. This will avoid a cancellation fee of 30% of the service or services scheduled for the appointment. No shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 30% charge for the scheduled service appointment. This policy allows us to efficiently manage our stylists’ schedules and ensure we can accommodate the needs of all of our valued clients. Going forward, all appointments made on our Gloss Genius page will now require a card to be placed on file to book your appointments.
